I was skeptical about the benefits of hypnotherapy but a friend persuaded me to contact Katie as I’d been struggling with recurring bouts of insomnia.
After the initial contact by phone, I decided to try a one to one session and I’m glad that I did as my sleep has certainly improved.
I would definitely recommend Katie as she creates a very soothing atmosphere and is a very attentive listener.
