When grief is prolonged and you are finding it difficult to come to terms with the loss, support is particularly important.  Grief is very personal and you may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions, from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt and profound sadness. The pain of grief can also disrupt your physical health making it difficult to sleep, eat or concentrate, you may even feel numb and empty.

Hypnotherapy can help you to overcome grief and loss and reach the stage where the memories of your loved one can be enjoyed without the attached pain of missing them.  It can help to teach your brain to focus on the memories you shared, rather than on the sadness of your grief.
