Pain is something we all experience to some extent throughout our lives, be it physical pain and/or emotional pain.  It’s the body’s way of communicating that something has changed. When pain becomes persistent it becomes more complex. 

How you respond to the discomfort can be managed and improved by hypnotherapy.  Many people use hypnotherapy as an effective tool in the management of pain and pain perception.

An appropriate medical evaluation must always be the first step, but once the cause of the pain has been diagnosed by a doctor, hypnotherapy can commence.
