We can lower stress levels if we change our thinking and focus on more positive areas of our life, even if the negative events that we have no control over are still current.

All of our worries get stored in a metaphorical “stress bucket”. If we keep thinking negatively then at some point that bucket will overflow, heightening anxiety which could make it difficult to cope with day-to-day life.

Hypnotherapy provides methods for stopping things going into your “stress bucket” and once the flow of negative thoughts is reduced, I can use alternative methods to empty it.
