I cannot recommend Katie highly enough! I originally went to see her for help with behavioral change, specifically to control evening snacking, increase my motivation to be more active, and feel more comfortable ahead of an upcoming trip.
​The results have been incredible and feel completely natural. I am now so much more in tune with my body’s actual hunger and fullness signals. I’ve completely stopped mindlessly snacking, and I can easily throw away leftovers rather than nibbling on them out of habit.
