I cannot recommend Katie highly enough! I originally went to see her for help with behavioral change, specifically to control evening snacking, increase my motivation to be more active, and feel more comfortable ahead of an upcoming trip.

Katie was fantastic; I can’t recommend her enough.
I had just gone through a divorce after 35 years of being married, I was hurting, grieving and not in a good place.
After 2 session with Katie I felt a lot better… then I had another session, even though I was feeling better. Katie said I did not need any more which was very honest of her.
Katie was very calming and sent me audios to listen to which I did every day for around 3 weeks. The difference is fabulous and I am in a much better place… everyone has commented on how much I have came on, which was all down to Katie.
The best money I have ever spent, and wish I had done it sooner.
