I cannot recommend Katie highly enough – from our first telephone interaction to meeting in person for my first session.
She was welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Making my first session a lovely experience. Her attention to detail, reassurance and her professionalism was wonderful.
I have since had a few sessions with her and look forward to more. Her work is a credit to her. If you have ever thought of Hypnotherapy then I can’t recommend anyone better.

I recently visited Katie for help with my phobia of spiders, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She works from her home, which creates a really warm, calming, and welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. She’s genuinely lovely — easy to talk to, patient, and incredibly reassuring and professional throughout the sessions.
Her approach was gentle and supportive, and I always felt completely at ease. She has already helped me, and I’m feeling better about my spider-phobia, which is a big step forward for me. On top of that, her rates were reasonable, and she even offered an NHS discount, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a wonderful person and a great hypnotherapist. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for help.

I saw Katie in the middle of March for help with resisting sweet treats. I have had no cravings since that first appointment.
A later session was helpful in locating some misplaced items I had been stressing about.

I reached out to Katie after a friend suggested I try hypnotherapy after struggling for years with travel related anxieties and phobias. I was initially a bit embarrassed, but Katie instantly put me at ease and I quickly felt safe and comfortable and absolutely would recommend Katie as a hypnotherapist. Katie listened to my concerns and figured out the root of what was going on then went on to tailor personal sessions to tackle my issues. Katie also provided recordings of each session for me to listen to in my own time and regularly checked in to see how I was getting on. For me, Katie’s work has done the trick and I have since managed to embrace experiences which I previously would have really struggled with. To now be able to approach things calmly, without stress and anxious feelings is so refreshing.
